Allergens handled in our kitchen

Ingredients used in our kitchen may contain or come into contact with cereals containing gluten (including wheat), crustacea, egg, fish, milk, molluscs, peanuts, sesame, soy, tree nuts, lupin and sulphites. Recipes, supplier products and ingredient formulations can change.

Ask our staff for the most current ingredient and allergen information for the specific item and any sauces, marinades, bread, batter, chips, desserts or drinks included with it. Do not rely only on a product name, photo or old menu.

How to order when you have an allergy

1. Call us before placing the order and explain the allergy clearly.
2. Repeat the allergy when collecting the order or speaking with delivery staff.
3. If your allergy is severe or multiple allergens are involved, our team may advise that we cannot safely meet the request.

Prices, fees and order confirmation

Review your cart and final order total before payment. Any applicable delivery fee, service fee, payment surcharge, weekend or public holiday surcharge must be shown by the ordering platform before payment. If the checkout price differs from a price you saw on our website or menu, stop and call us before paying so we can check it.

Menu items, prices and availability can change. Third-party delivery platforms may set different prices or fees from our direct ordering site.

Pickup, delivery and reservations

Online orders are available for the fulfilment methods and time slots shown at checkout. Captain Kitchen Kebab & Fish does not accept table reservations. Walk-in dine-in is subject to available seating. For large or special food orders, use our Special Order form or call us.
