The meat used for our kebabs, meat HSPs and meat containers, plus our grilled meat dishes, is halal and sourced from Tek Foods.
This includes real sliced lamb (not minced), shaved chicken and the meat used for our grilled dishes.

Real sliced lamb, shaved chicken and Adana
Our Lamb Kebab uses real sliced lamb shaved from the doner, not minced or formed meat. Our Chicken Kebab uses shaved chicken. Adana is the separately listed seasoned minced option with special spicy herbs.
